One big advantage of Mehoffer's Gardens is its ready and well thought-out plan of green area management. Thanks to this plan it will soon look similar to the famous garden to which the name of the investment refers. The investment will be executed with the use of traditional construction materials. Perfectly prepared projects allow for the flexible arrangement of all the interiors. By special request we can also equip a house with a special installation which will allow for the construction of a fireplace. Every house will have its own garage with a convenient driveway. Since the legal building permit has already been issued, the construction works had already begun by the first week of August 2006.
