Ostoja Luxury Flats

Ostoja is a modern, elegant building, divided into two parts of different height: 3 and 4 storeys. Thanks to location of the building in accordance with its east - west alignment, the 31 flats inside will always be full of natural light. The building will be constructed in the traditional method (ceramic walls, poured concrete floors, facade - noble plaster). The inhabitants will have at their disposal underground parking spaces. The building has also been adjusted to suit the needs of disabled persons - it will be equipped with a wheelchair lift.
Standard facilities include: anti-theft doors, wooden window frames and window sills, internet and TV installation including satellite TV, a video intercom system, and internal doors. A small pegola - a wooden arbor - will be located on the lot. The whole area will be fenced in and there will be an electronic system for monitoring the building. The building has its own gas boiler room, and standard facilities of the flats will include panel radiators. Outside the building driveways and paths will be paved with sett stones and the greenery will be harmoniously composed into the area.
